MY PACKAGE IS LOST!

After an order has been sent to the correct address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. If this happens please send us an e-mail immediatly to rustandmay@gmail.com and we’ll update the address, if not shipped.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER?

If your package is returned to Rust and May office, you will be responsible for paying new shipping cost.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE WILL FIT ME THE BEST?

Our styles are quite large, please check our SIZE CHART. Our silhouettes vary from XS to XL, in T-shirts and Sweatshirts. If you have any doubt about sizes, please contact us.

I LOVE THIS T-SHIRT, BUT I WOULD LIKE IN A DIFFERENT COLOR, CAN YOU MAKE IT?

Yes, no problem about that!

SO THIS MEANS YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE YOUR PIECES?

That’s correct! But this only works bellow a budget, if you accept our price, we make it come true.

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOMIZED ORDER?

Sorry, but no.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM (NON COSTUMIZED)?

Are you sure? :( If you are, please send us an e-mail, rustandmay@gmail.com. After that send us your package to:

RUST AND MAY - RUA DO LIDADOR, 710 4100-305 PORTO, PORTUGAL. 

In case of exchange please specify the size and style you wish. Once the product returned to our office, wait 7 days to be refunded, all returns and claims must be authorized by us. Your return items mut arrive at our office, from no longer than 14 days after you receive it.

We do not refund sale items, you can only exchange them.

WHAT ABOUT THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS?

Always wash inside out in cold water (30º max.). Our materials are natural fibers and can shrink.

Avoid drying machine.

Take good care of our items! :)
