1. Shipping + Delivery

1.1. Shipping
We only ship your goods after payment confirmation.
1.2. Delivery
Your delivery will be made through a specialized transport company.

Our shipping rates are:

PORTUGAL:

3,35€ - 0,1gr - 0,6gr

5,90€ - 0,61gr - 2kg

7,90€ - 2kg - 10kg

EUROPE:

7,10€ - 0,1gr - 0,5gr

10,50€ - 0,51gr - 2kg

18€ - 2kg - 10kg

OTHER COUNTRIES:

10,50€ - 0,1gr - 0,5gr

17,50€ - 0,51gr - 2kg

30€ - 2kg - 10kg

Expected delivery time: 

o Portugal Mainland: 3-4 working days;

o Portugal Islands: 5-6 working days;

o Europe: 8-10 working days;

o Other countries: on request

Please double check all personal and postage details when completing your order as Rust and May does not take responsibility for missing packages (correct email, door number, floor number...). We may not accepted deliver to PO.

 

2. Cancelling + Returns

2.1. Cancel your order

You can cancel your order, if it has not been shipped yet. Just send us an e-mail and the cancellation will be free of charge. 

2.2. Return your order

All returns and claims must be authorized by Rust and May by email. You have 14 days to reflect about the goods. If you pretend to proceed, make sure the product is in its original conditions and not damaged. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, customs, so please collect your tracking information and insure the package for good measure. Always send your invoice and order number with the return.

After we receive the package, allow 1-7 business days for refund. We don’t assume any shipping cost! If we notice that the items were used or altered will not be accepted. The item will be send again to the customer, without warning.

3. Exchanges

You can exchange your pieces in 14 days, if the product is in its original conditions. Please send us back the piece you want to change, together with receipt. We do not change sales items

4. Customized pieces

If you order a customized piece, we do not accept any return nor exchange.
